Certified Rebuild Submission Form

Please submit one form per hammer.
Rammer introduces a NEW Certified Rebuild Program effective 4/1/24. Please read below for program policies.
1. You will be provided with options of a rebuild or repair...see chart below.
2. Warranty will be considered based on manufacturing defects and confirmation the hammer has been registered. Please review the Rammer Warranty Policy for additional information.
3. A non-refundable $500 evaluation fee will be credited toward the rebuild/repair cost. If the rebuild/repairs are not approved, the $500 fee and return shipping will be invoiced.
4. Labor will be charged at $150 an hour.
5. Parts will be charged at your respective dealer net.
6. Paint and Decals are optional and can be selected below as the Refresh option.
  1. Safety decals are required and will be included in any service.
  2. The Refresh option must be selected below in order for the hammer to be painted and decaled. If not selected, the hammer will not be refreshed.
7. Upon submitting this form you will receive a confirmation email with your case number and address to return the hammer to. All hammers and paperwork must be tagged with the case number in order to be received.
  1. Hammers arriving to Rammer without a case number may be rejected and returned at your expense.
8. It is the dealer's responsibility and cost to return the hammer to Rammer. Rammer will organize and cover cost to return the hammer to the dealer upon approval and completion of repair or rebuild.
9. Once Rammer receives your hammer, Rammer will take the actions selected below.
10. If the evaluation and estimation cost is below the "Pre-Approved" cost, Rammer will automatically perform the actions, without approval, and return the hammer to you once completed.

11. If the evaluation and estimation cost is above the "Pre-Approved" cost, Rammer will email you the evaluation and estimation for approval before procedding.
12. If the rebuild evaluation & estimation is rejected, you will be invoiced a non-refundable $500 evaluation fee and return shipping costs. If rejected, the following actions will need confirmed...
  1. Return the hammer to you, as is, loosely assembled, and non-operational
  2. Rammer will scrap the hammer for you
13. Any hammer evaluation and estimation not approved after 30 days will be returned to you as-is (completely unopperational) or can be recycled by Rammer with approval.
