Please submit claim, with all parts and labor, after the repair has been done.
Sandvik requires copies of all freight bills, misc invoices, mileage breakdown, labor breakdown, work orders, and any other documentation supportive of the claim.
Warranty does not cover general maintenance, abuse, wear items, paint, problems caused by using non Sandvik/Rammer parts, damaged/lost/stolen property, Acts of God, lodging, or other incidental costs incurred.
Please provide pictures of any damaged and/or replaced items.
Hold onto all parts in question until a disposition and resolution is reached as parts may be requested to be sent in for review prior to approval.
